On this week’s podcast I had the pleasure of speaking with the amazing Daniel Horgan! Daniel is an inspiring entrepreneur who is making professional development coaching accessible and affordable to over 10,000,00 individuals working in the nonprofit workforce.

Before starting his own practice, Daniel first discovered his passion and purpose of helping others at the age of 11 while volunteering at a YMCA summer camp. It was there he discovered the importance of volunteerism and the positive impact it can have on the community around you. What I love about Daniel’s story is how his life’s work stemmed from a passion he discovered when he was a child. It just goes to show you how childhood dreams can really influence adulthood!

Since his first time volunteering, Daniel has continued to make a positive difference in the world through his work with many Fortune 500 companies and as a member of many different boards . The desire Daniel has to change our world for the better is incredibly inspiring! I’m honored to share with you all his love for mentoring and service work and how he turned his motivation into a career.
