  • "It’s all about refining the art of asking questions and continuing to ask better questions"
  • "While standing there and watching leaders cast a shadow, I chose to cast a light"

I have had the privilege and honor of calling our next guest, Donna Brighton, a friend for more than a decade. This amazing woman is a global leader who is truly doing brilliant and extraordinary things. As the president and founder of Brighton Leadership Group, Donna is a world class expert in organizational culture and change. In her career Donna has advised countless CEO’s, Directors and executive teams on a global level!

Over the course of her life and career, Donna has consistently redefined her identity to best fit her dreams and goals. With every life experience, Donna further developed who she was and her place in the world. She even changed her legal name as a way to further redefine her identity!

Something I also admire about Donna is how young her passion for her work started. What started as “playing business” as a young girl has turned into a successful journey in the corporate world. Her story helps to show us what magic can happen when we allow our passions to flourish!
